Employment Law Training

HR Consultancy

We are happy to provide HR consultancy services on a project-specific or interim basis as and when required.  Examples of the type of work we do here are:-

 • managing change (TUPE transfers, restructurings, redundancies)
 • carrying out workplace investigations (grievances, conduct issues)
 • helping you manage disciplinary and performance cases
 • reviewing and updating your employment documents (e.g. contracts, policies)

Bespoke Employment Documents

Employment Law Support Services

We offer two types of employment law support service on a consultancy basis: our Full Employment Service and our PSL Extra Service.  These services are offered to law firms, and in-house legal teams and HR departments.  We have developed them in response to the market need for traditional support services to be made more cost-efficient and for existing support resources to be deployed in more client-focused ways.  Additionally, or alternatively, we are happy to produce a “state of the nation” report for you which will outline our recommendations to enable you to streamline your existing know-how systems.  For pricing and further information, click here.

DocShop
 

As an alternative to our Bespoke Employment Documents service we offer various employment document templates for sale. These are listed on our DocShop page and include contracts of employment, a service agreement, staff handbooks, policies and procedures, a settlement agreement (formerly known as a "compromise agreement") and suites of redundancy and disciplinary documents. 

Each template is up to date and legally compliant at the time of sale and comes with drafting notes to allow you to tailor the relevant template to the particular needs of your business. We include within the price of each document the cost of one telephone consultation with us to answer any questions you may have on the relevant document once purchased.
